I placed an order 4 days ago and tried to cancel but it said preparing to ship, can't cancel. As of today it still has not shipped.  Don't understand why it takes so long to ship it out and until it has why can't it be cancelled.

Thats just part of the process when you order from QVC.   Nothing ships instantly,  although my clothing orders have been shipping pretty fast.   Some things are shipped by vendors and they certainly don't rush.

Once the process starts going you cannot cancel.  I have been fortunate as far as shipping.  I think it depends on the item purchased.  I have to admit one product I ordered never arrived so the Q sent out another one which I should be receiving today and it was handled quickly. Cat Very Happy

Things are starting to ship faster, probably because of extra staff for the holidays.

 

I placed an order 2 days ago (not shipped from on outside vendor), tried to cancel yesterday but couldn't, this morning it shipped.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I just posted on another thread....I bought some tumblers on the 6th of Nov....they shipped on the 10th...and they still are not here...and its the 15th...thats ridiculous....

Yes, you would think after 4 days of saying they are processing that they would have shipped.  And if not, then why can't I cancel.  No one ever said we expect them to ship "instantly", but 4 days?  Then another 5 days to get here?  come on.

I checked on your last order that was placed on the 12th and I do see that it shipped out on the 15th so it looks like you should still expect to receive it by the estimated delivery date of the 21st.  Once the order goes into the final stages of processing no changes can be made so that is probably why you were not able to cancel it.  If you need further assistance, please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
