On the other hand, I ordered the Theragun TSV on Saturday, 11/7 and received it yesterday, 11/11 via USPS, even though 11/11 is a holiday.

I ordered an IM top on the first of Nov. QVC lost my order somewhere in the process and now it is sold out in my size and color. So, I just miss out. My order for JM got shipped to the wrong state so who knows what will happen to that one. Their service has gone down hill so much. I can't count on them anymore. What a shame.

We placed on order on 11/5. It has said "preparing your order" for the past 6 days. Customer service was beyond useless and told me last night that it "should ship within a few days." They've had an entire WEEK to ship our order. Now I remember why we rarely ever shop QVC. We actually placed an order with HSN the day AFTER we placed our QVC order, which shipped within 24 hours and we received 2 days ago, yet QVC can't be bothered to get off their lazy, useless behinds and get our order out the door. I am downright disgusted and will never use QVC again after this!
