HEY QVC!!!!! WHY HAS THE DYSON SUPERSONIC NURAL THAT I ORDERED ON 5/15 STILL PROCESSING AND ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE TO SAY IS IT STILL IS IN PROCESSING?????????? I was able to snag one of the last in stock Strawberry Bronze Special Edtition with accessories package you had in stock. I have been dying to get one with every item in this package but could not pull the trigger on paying for each individual item separately at full price. Seen you had this special sale and after much headache just trying to get one after selling out initially, I secured a unit in my cart. Then after some issues with your card processing, I had delays processing the order immediately after placement, you got my pre-authorization and the order has sat "in process" status since the 15th of May. We are now on the 4th of June and every time I call Customer Service, I get the same scripted generic response, "It's processing". This is unacceptable and want to know what you are going to do to resolve this expeditiously!!!!! You should waive my first Easy-Pay for the item to ship as a courtesy for crying out loud this is ridiculous. I waited so long for this item, now that I was able to purchase it, give me the run around. No, not acceptable. FIX THIS PLEASE
