It really depends on what you order. Not all orders take days and maybe weeks. 

 

@Bookplate I ordered the Groove TSV on a Friday, shipped on that Monday and I received on Wednesday. I have also ordered items from HSN and they took almost 2 weeks. 

 

My rule of thumb, and always has been, don't buy anything from either if you need the item within a specific time frame. This includes all online retailers for me. And now even Amazon takes longer on some items than the 1 day it used to be. I purchase then forget about it. When I receive the notice it shipped I watch for the item to arrive within a week or so.  If I need something by a specific date, I shop local.

Processing times had been better. However, I now have two orders placed 6 days ago that are still stuck as "Preparing your order". Very frustrating but not surprising. Hope these two orders get moving soon.
