I was going to buy a clearance swimsuit and shipping was $8.97.  I haven't seen that before. I haven't ordered in a while but curious why most things r $3.50 and the swimsuit was so much.

I don't buy anything online unless it's free shipping or at least free shipping with a minimum purchase.  I'm already paying for shipping in the price of the item.  

$8.95 plus tax on the s/h!!! for a lightweight item like a bathing suit seems ridiculous to me.

@Rose429   I suspect that swimsuit company asked to be excluded.  I know that the local shop I use runs many sales, but many companies are excluded, and it's almost always the same list.  Same deal at Macy's - lots of fine print with the same names repeatedly.

@kaydee50 Now it does. Shows total of $41.49 instead of $50.00 ( with tax) Must of been a mistake. Oh well, my size is gone so saved a few bucks.

My cart showed shipping as $7.72 for a pair of pedal pushers.  Also, unusual!

YES! I was looking at 2 pair shoes in last 24 hrs and the shipping was $9.95 for one pair and $ 7.72 for the other!  Shipping fees are up!! I didn't buy.

@Rose429.  I guess they corrected it as it now says $3.50.
