I have an item sitting in "preparing to ship" since Feb. 10th.  What's with that?  And it won't let me cancel it.

@Magicrat ... this has been a problem with QVC for years (since well before Covid).   Orders are in process for ages but you can't cancel.  You can try to email QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com to see if they can help.

unfortunately  that has happened to me more than I can count.  Very frustrating....especially when you are not allowed to cancel the order.  An yes this has been before COVID...so it can't be blamed on COVID.

I wanted to add...I don't know if because of vendor...QVC...or both.

I have an item that was estimated delivery today and only the label has been made. Cat Mad

 

I chatted with CS and she said to wait until the 21st, and if not received by then, ask the order to be cancelled and refunded.  So I'm hoping it gets shipped.  We shall see. Cat Frustrated

@Boehm Collector @cjm61 I called CS and was able to cancel the item.  It sounded to me like she wasn't shocked that it hadn't shipped.  It was the Lug crossbody TSV from a couple weeks ago.
