Shipping time?

Ordered an item on 9-16. Was just told it will NOT ship till 09-21. Taking waaaay too long.

Not a way to do business.

  I received an email for an item that hasn’t shipped for a week. QVC informed me of a delay without any date for shipment. I checked my order status and my other orders are shipping while it still says in process! UPS arrived today with two  packages that I wasn’t aware had shipped! I thought improvements were in progress?
