Shipping taking forever

Placed a order iton 23th and it was to arrive on the 3rd, when to check on it and it said pending payment I paid with CC and received my conf email, Call back to find out what happen and I was told they were waiting on a check. I would NEVER pay with a check, So she plaeced the order again now the ETA in almost 1 month from orginial order date. The is crazy, The girl was so rude and i ask for a supervisior she said their isnt one, i said to her you have no supervisior she says "NO" very ruded all i wanted was to escalate my order. Guess CS has gone down hill at QVC SAD And i am NOT a new member to QVC
