Received a Home Reflections decor item purchased from Xmas in July sale.  H223401. Item shipped from vendor via USPS with shipping label only. It's one of those stick on labels that says Label 1. You're supposed to peel off that label to reveal your invoice and  Q return label as label 2. My shipping box had label 1 only. No retrurn label and/or invoice under that label. Had to call CS to request a return label and invoice via snail mail. Since it has timer LED lights, which may or may not work, I need that return label and invoice. Q, please make sure your vendors know how to use that 3-part shipping label!  Your phone rep told me this is an ongoing issue. Please fix.

Just so you know, you can create another return label on the QVC website if the one that was in the package was lost/damaged.  You just have to go into your Order Status and click View Order for the item you want to return.  Scroll down towards the bottom and click on Create Return Label.  You don't have to wait for QVC to send a return label to you.

Of course to use @sueeich   suggestion, you do need to own a printer which many people don't have.
