I love qvc and have been very happy with everything! I've hit one bump in the road. I ordered the Kate Somerville exfoliate set on the 4th, and it says it has shipped on the seventh of December, and it does give a tracking number. But the tracker has stopped on Dec 7th and it stuck with: packaged transferred to post office. It's been there since the 7th and today is the 15th. I'm wondering what I should do?

I have the same situation.

 

Called my post office today and they say the tracking number is not even in the system.

 

Went to USPS website to check (instead of through the QVC order page) and the post office is right.  NO record of this tracking number.

 

I contacted Q a few days ago and they said if I don't get it by the 19th, request a refund.
