@AnnoyedCustomer I realize this belated reply is likely no consolation, but my experience with QVC shipping is that it used to be a lot worse. Actually, to me it was THE worst. At least a dozen other online retailers I use(d) for clothes, shoes, gifts, food, furniture, home decor, electronics, linens, tools, medicine, books, live plants, etc always did it better than QVC. Always.
Also, daring to suggest in these forums that there was any room for QVC to improve was an invitation for vitriol and for blame toward everyone else in the process (including the customer). It was especially nasty if you were judged too new to the forums to be worthy of having a negative opinion. Happy to see that appears to be changing.
With all that being said, I feel as if QVC shipping has improved quite a bit. Hopefully that positive trajectory will continue. I'm sorry shipping is letting you down. I've walked in those shoes, and it's frustrating.

I am fortunate and always receive my orders at least on time and usually before.

I hope that works for me since I ordered something on 7/4/2024, a label has been created by the Q on 7/9/2024 and when I checked on the web site UPS has YET to have picked it up to ship to me - meanwhile, the Q has debited my Visa card for the 1st easy payment on 7/10/2024 AND they reduced the price of the item slightly just now and increased the amount of easy pays from 3 to 5 for the item. Am getting really frustrated.
