I just placed an order...and looking it over..I finally realize how ripped off I feel on your shipping situation. Between tax and shipping ON EACH ITEM.....WHICH IS ONLY JEWELERY...it is between $7.00 and $8.00 .Why can’t you shipping stuff altogether?.....Or offer  free shipping  with spending a certain amount.  At all other stores and catalog orders they offer this.  This is wrong to ship every little thing separately and we have to pay for it. Rethinking my shopping habits....You are getting way too expensive  on delivery . They has to be a better solution people....It’s called combining an order!!!

@kittymisty I'm sorry about the shipping charges. The shipping cost covers shipping, handling and packaging charges. We take customer feedback seriously and will be sharing your comments with our warehouse team and buyers.  We always appreciate customers reaching out with concerns.  Cindy, QVC

Re: Shipping charges——Cindy

I ordered two Earth shoes...$119 each...they show no tracking...ordered on about the 9th of Feb...still no sign of them.  Someone on your Q Team wrote and said they had not shipped yet....Good Grief.  They will be going back as I needed for a trip    I will be back before I get them....shipping was around $9 ish on each....I agree it’s becoming a real problem.    Please I wish you could just cancel and refund...but I am sure I will be returning and getting stuck with shipping etc.  the expansion of trying to be Amazon like...is costing you control of efficiency....sad

@kittymistyI totally agree with you!! I sometimes get multiple orders in one package and yet am charged for separate shipping.  I would be nice to offer what you suggested.  Hopefully someone is watching and listening.

Hey Cindy: When you refer to packaging charges do you mean the actual cost of the plastic bags, etc? Those are very inexpensive-I worked in that industry.

Agreed!!!  Charging shipping per item is nonsense.......if you have to charge shipping how about  $3.50 for the whole order instead of per item?    Ridiculous, you're losing a lot of customers.

Re: Shipping charges——Cindy

No doubt your order is probably coming from Ontario, California, a warehouse of QVC that is not only dysfunctional, but  can't get anything correct.  Everytime something is shipped from there, the boxes are sent opened, broken and with tape that does not stick. QVC needs to close that warehouse. What is the point of shipping something UPS from California over 3000 miles to the east coast?

Absolutely, QVC is getting richer everyday when they charge shipping on each item, that is shipped with other items.  Shame on them.  I have dwindled my q card down to nothing and will no longer purchase from QVC, it is prohibitive for buyers, they promote 30 days, to try things on, yet when you send an item back you get pennies back.  Customers should stop shopping with them watch how quickly they change their methodsl

There are different ways but since I'm in control only of what I do, when I'm paying QVC for shipping (not taxes which they don't control), I don't count the first $120 a year I spend when I compare QVC to Amazon.  I have to pay them upfront unless I'm ordering something expensive enough to ship free without being Prime -   and if I have to ordr something I don't really want to get to free, that's totally ridiculous from a company as rich as Amazon which is as big as an elephant compared to QVC's mosquito.

I did belong to Prime in the past and even when it cost only $79 and QVC shipping was higher than now, I lost.  I quit -  my Prime fee was not helping me as much as it was helping Amazon and big shoppers.

Question:  Is the Prime fee taxed?  I ask because last spring I decided to rejoin Costco and was surprised the fee is taxable in my state and I don't remember that being true a few years ago.
