I placed an order on 6/16/25 and it still shows "Preparing Your Order". That is 11 DAYS AGO!!! This is completely unacceptable. I was hoping to have this for an upcoming trip and there's no way it will be here in time. I have called twice and I'm annoyed that there is nobody to email to voice my opinion. I am a loyal QVC customer and have been for YEARS!! I am hesitant to order anything now until they get their Ontario warehouse situation fixed (at least that's what the person on the phone told me was the issue).

I don't know where my items came from but I ordered on the 20th and received on the 25th. I am still waiting for orders from Macy's (very unusual) and Blair which are taking forever probably due to their mega sales.

@WenP Welcome to the boards.
There are many posts on this topic including from the Social Team and no definitive answer. It has been going on for months. One recent thought is the warehouse isn't stocked? Many customers are experiencing delays with some choosing to shop elsewhere and others willing to wait. Actual ship time in transit and delivery is faster.
Very frustrating to plan on things and ordering in reasonable time and have to make adjustments. We all hope for better service?

same here. No one can help. I tried everything and everyone from bottom to top. You can't even cancel. Poor system. Same happen on HSN.
Saving me money. I'm not ordering at all.
I think they have lost help in the warehouse because of the current climate in the county. They have had time to fix it, so that is why I feel that is the problem. They need people to work .

Frustrating isn't it?! In addition to manpower thinking it could be a myriad of issues, merging inventory with HSN, computer programming, archaic system, lack of inventory.
No answers like you say and I believe QVC will be receiving a lot of the late merchandise back as returns because of way past the sale date and not needed.
Really would like to order some of Martha's clothes today but don't want to be in a loooooong delivery cycle again.

I am having similar experience. Ordered eleven items on 5/24 (for a trip that has come and gone) and still shows (as of 6/27) "Preparing Your Order" - super frustrating and Customer Service unable to be of assistance. How can QVC management allow this situation to continue? It's nuts!!

@qvcaddition I ordered 3 separate items from HSN in the last month and all three were delivered within one week.

At least, they should be transparent. It' so strange because I'm waiting on two pieces from Carla Rockmore's collection. I did receive some of the pieces I've ordered.
