@Ms Jean So glad this worked for you. I thought this would work. I have never understood why but computers do this. An update on address and other things like resetting the machine, logging out and whatever we try usually works on one of them. Sometimes my friend thinks something that I tell her will not work but she will try it and it does. I was totally frustrated at work one day and started entering all the data over again on a patient chart on the computer. That’s all it took! Never understood it but if works I was happy.

Some of my friends have cell phones and ask me about a problem. I keep telling them to shut them off and turn back on as this is usually all it is. Hope you get your orders soon.

I'm so happy the diffusers shipped... I was able to pick-up the Oak as well, and it is scheduled to deliver this afternoon. Smiley Happy @Kim-QVC may I ask a silly question though... I ordered Blue BBQ Gloves on 12/4/2017, and they show "in process" still when all other orders have shipped. Should I be concerned?

Hi @Ms Jean I check the BBQ Gloves, no need to be concerned yet, however, we will continue to monitor this order, I'm confident that we will see it change to VS very soon. I'm glad to hear that the diffusers are on the way. Thank you for posting and shopping with us! ~Kim

@Kim-QVC, please help. The Blue BBQ Gloves have still not shipped. They have been processing since 12/4/2017. Smiley Sad

 

Also, has the web page changed? I can't find "Saved Items" below my cart as usual. :/

I can see that @Kim-QVC has not posted since 12/8/17. She must be out. Will another MOD ( @Anonymous or @Susan-QVC ) address my questions? I could have started a new thread but @Kim-QVC responded here that the Blue BBQ Gloves order had been flagged to watch. I would be so appreciative if someone would reach out about this and My Cart page not acting as normal. Thanks. Smiley Happy

Hi @Ms Jean I am so sorry you are not finding Saved Items. The Webpage has not changed to my knowledge. If you continue to have difficulty please try clearing your cookies and maybe changing your browser.

Your order still seems to be in process. I will research it and email you.

Thanks so much, @Anonymous. I'll wait to hear what you find.Smiley Happy As for the website... I've signed out, cleaned cookies and tried Google Chrome and MS Edge and still nothing. Smiley Sad I know that Windows has been pushing updates like mad. I wish I had more IT knowledge to fix it.
