@Susan-QVC ... I have contacted CS in Chat twice and called CS twice trying to resolve a shipping issue with 2 Diffusers. My address has not changed in 20+ years; however, these will not ship. The last CS Rep went to the IT Dept and thought the issue solved, but now the both are stuck. I really want these and wish to get the Oak as well. How can we fix this issue? DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS all deliver to the address as listed. Please escalate and help resolve this glitch. Thank you for assisting me.

If Customer Service could take your address out and REINSERT it and then hit “update address” it may work!
This happened in a doctor’s office I worked at before so I just “took the address out and put it back it in” and it worked!
Just a thought. Sometimes computers misbehave.

Hi, @MKR14! That's an excellent suggestion. Basic troubleshooting with something like this includes editing or completely removing data, saving changes, sometimes completely closing the session (logging out), then going back in and entering new or different data and saving those changes. The simple explanation is: links sometimes get broken or corrupted -- changing and saving new data entries (in this case the address fields) can reset the links. You're a top-notch detective!

Thanks to you all... it still seems to be "in Process" which it showed before and reverted back after an update; however, it's been processing longer this time and possibly stuck! YAY! Thanks again! ![]()
