Hi Customer Care team:

 I am having another shipping issue

 

Ihad placed another order and had it mailed to my roommate. I have had many packages mailed to her without any problems. Her address was on my order.

 

Went to track the progress of the package and discovered that UPS had dropped off the apartment number. Is there a way for me to contact them or does someone from QVC have to contact them to correct the address? It's about to pass into the the postal system. This is supposed to be someone's gift for Mother's Day.

I have a similar problem......ordered a knit top on 5/3. It arrived at my local post office in Frederick, MD on 5/5...then yesterday it was sent to Brooklyn, NY.  Can't imagine why it left my local post office. Just talked to customer service...was told that i should let them know if I don't received the top by Sat. 5/11...today is Tuesday. I had two orders of the same item. Thie one above is for three of them.  It's confusing.

This one is supposed to be here by May 8.  I had clicked through the UPS tracking and it didn't look like the address was complete.

@JavaQueen   Thank you for providing the info.  I just spoke with UPS and they have verified that they do have the apt number as listed on your order.

Certainly let us know if there is a problem with the order, we will do what we can to help.

Good to know! In general, I do receive most of my orders without a hitch. I guess it's to be expected since it's "Mother's Day season."

Many thanks for your attention to this order.  I couldn't tell from looking on my end.

 

 Thanks to everyone on the Social Media team who worked with my to resolve the issues on both of the orders.

I ordered something on 4/21.  Totday is 5/9.  Over two weeks and still no package.  The last item I ordered has been "in prcoess" for a week.  What's going on?  I'll never order anything from QVC again that I need by a certain date because they are failing apart in the shipping department.
