Could someone on the social team please have a look at what is going on with the shipping with one of my items A293843. I ordered 3 items that day and 2 of them said they were in processing yesterday however two of them showed up at my door. Now the two items are listed as shipping yesterday, but now I can see the tracking and they were actually shipped on the 20th. I am missing one of the A293843 the Cocoa/Sand one I just looked at the tracking and it did arrive at the same place with the other 2 items ready to be delivered from the place I usually get them from in Indiana but now apparently the one item has been sent to somwhere in Maryland and not my house. Why did it go back to the East Coast and why did they not just deliever it with the other two items? Thank you in advance.

@hotbuyer- Good luck getting an answer. Two of my orders from the 15th and 16th are still "in process" and no one can do anything to get them shipped to me or even canceled.
This is about the fourth time recently that I've had a problem with orders (two other orders never shipped at all; just said they did, but never left the warehouse and had no tracking info).
No one at the Corporate level seems to be bothered at all about the mess the shipping department is in. I hope you get your missing item.

@Venezia Wow and I thought I had shipping issues with QVC lately, sorry that has happen to you. I just can't get my head around it, why QVC is having all these issues in regards to shipping. I try now not to expect my items straight away like I used to get them but how 2 of 3 items get delivered when they came to the same place at the same time is beyond me. I know it might have been the fault of UPS but when I call UPS they say talk to vendor. I think it really is the whole Surepost thing combined with something going on in QVC's warehouses.I am not going to hold my breath that I get my item or that it is even in one piece anymore after taking a magic mystery tour around the East coast of the U.S.

@hotbuyer- I think ever since they went to SurePost and then Mail Innovations, it's been more and more of a shambles. I have another order that has been sitting in NC for two days, it seems, but at least it's been shipped, so I might have some hope of getting it in a week or two.
I'm giving the Q a break until they decide it's worth sorting this mess out. Who wants to order from a retailer that's become so unreliable? QVC - Convenience? Not so much!

Have you called customer service? You will get immediate help from calling them vs waiting around for one of the moderators on these boards to see your post and respond to it.

@KathyPet Yes I tried calling CS last night just to be told he didn't know why I didn't receive it with the other items and I would have to wait until the EDD which is tomorrow before they could do anything. I found out it went back to the East Coast via the tracking number this morning (it was showing destination blank last night when I called) and haven't called CS back yet. I was hoping one of moderators might be able to help as I find them a lot more helpful now than calling into CS.

I have found many cases where the tracking data is simply not updated as your delivery moves through the system. A package will,sit in one location for several days with no indication it is moving and then suddenly show up on your porch or in your mailbox with no updates done until after delivery has occurred. Why? Who the heck knows and QVC certainly is not going to be able to,explain it.
same thing with your package that has taken a detour. I have had packages be at a sorting facility at Dulles Airport which is 45 miles away from me in the Shenandoah Valley and then be moved to another facility several states away only to finally show up on my front porch.

@KathyPet Yeah no I get it with info possibly not being updated right away and all that. But I just get frustrated when something does happen with shipping or delivery, QVC CS passing the buck to UPS and then when I call UPS they pass the buck back to QVC or USPS and then if I contact USPS they pass the buck back to UPS or QVC. It should be a simple process that if a tracking label is issued someone should be able to track the package and know what is going on with the package if a problem does occur.
