I recently had that happen to me. November 22nd I ordered a temptations product and it said it was shipped. I tracked it and all it said was label made, on its way. It was like that for two weeks. I finally called customer service. They said most likely it was lost. Unfortunately, the color I wanted was sold out, so I was refunded my money.

@Ane1Care - I recently had an issue like this with something I ordered from QVC.  Said it was shipped and then just seemed to disappear into the ether!

 

After two weeks, with no movement and no more tracking info, it was considered lost.

 

Then amazingly over another week later, it was delivered!  The item was fine, so I contacted QVC and they re-billed my CC for it.  Only fair, since I got the item eventually.

 

Your package may just be "hovering" somewhere!  Don't give up hope just yet.

I just went back and looked at mine.  It said "Shipped" on November 5th.  Then there was nothing until it said it had "arrived at the facility" on November 18th.

 

On the 19th, there was this message:  We were unable to dispatch the trailer on time. This may cause a delay. / Delivery will be delayed by one business day.  It eventually arrived late at night on the 26th.  Weird.
