Placed an order on Nov 30, it was marked as shipped on Dec 4, but even today UPS says they're still waiting on it. While this is a busy shipping season, everything else is shipping fine. Just curious if there's an ETA of when the warehouse will have it available for UPS to pickup. It's nothing big, most likely in a bag as its apparel. Not complaining, just curious when it'll officially ship. TIA!

I would keep checking. Sometimes there's a delay in communication and logistics.

I understand your issue. Those extra three or more days that our packages sit with a label while awaiting carrier pick up can seem long. Usually the packages do finally get on their way. Lately, some of my Amazon and Chewy packages wait for transfer or pick up from a carrier too.

It could be lost. I had the same thing happen. A package that was supposed to be shipped was stuck in limbo. I called customer service and they sent out a new one. The original is still waiting to be sent to the shipper.

There's probably a truck that has to be filled before it takes it to UPS??? LOL!!!

The tracking may not be getting updated as it should.

If I wanted something from QVC for Christmas I would have ordered earlier. Ordering Nov 30th you are taking a chance of not receiving it. This happens every year.

Q can do better. They need to hire enough people to deal with their shipping & returns departments?

Why can't Q get it right?

I have never had problems like this from any other company I have ordered from online?

I've got you beat.  My order "shipped" November 26 but still hasn't made it to UPS yet.  I'll be getting ahold of customer service.  

 

I like to give orders about a week after the estimated delivery date since sometimes they can show up.  I had another order in my hands for about three weeks before my order status finally quit saying it was "In Process".

 

It's rare, but it happens.  And sometimes the order shows up and sometimes it's lost.  But I do agree, I've never had this happen with any other retailer except QVC. 🤷‍♀️

@Nightowlz. For the most part, I find Q shipping to be just fine.   The vast majority of my orders are shipped within 3 days.

 

We don't have any way of knowing how many employee they have, how automated the system is or whether they could do better.  It's improved hugely since the pandemic.

 

I'd love to see the operation in person, much more than a studio tour.

 

I do know USPS, UPS and FedEx are in chaos right now.
