Just wondering has anyone else got an e-mail about shipment delays? I ordered the It Cosmetic TSV. It shipped on July 28th. It got to Burlington Wa (where i live) on July 31st then on Aug 2nd i got this e-mail that it is delayed.I e-mailed the social team and they do not know why it is delayed. Has this happened to anyone else? It is in my towm and our town is very small. They offered to refund me if i didn't want to wait. But i said i would wait until Wed but not after that and my color is out of stock

Yes, on almost every item I order, there's some hitch when it gets to the post office. It sometimes takes up to 8 days for them to get an item delivered.
Three days ago one of my items left a UPS depot in Arizona for a 3 hour trip to Albuquerque. It's still in route. This does get very frustrating. You want to tear your hair out. There isn't a thing we or QVC can do about it.

I've had a couple of delay notices certainly not many at all. Tends to be that I get the notice but then the goods are delivered the very next day. No worries, your items will get there.

I have recieved emsila regarding a delay and then like the next day I get an email it shipped.
I used to get my items in a few days. Now it's more like a week. I don't know if it the post office, the supply chain problems associated with the pandemic, the volume that qvc seems to do or what.
I did notice the Dyson TSV came in only a few days. I think it was the TSV on Sunday and it came Wednesday or Thursday. Maybe because that was UPS?
I know I started keeping a list of my orders. LOL. It seems to take so long, I forget what it is.LOL

I got 1 from an auto delivery and it was shipped 3 days later and 1 from an HSN order that came yesterday.

It has been shipped.Just at our post office according to the tracking. Just don't understand that it is just sitting there saying it may be delayed and that was on Juky 31st. I might just ask for a refund.

Chances are you WILL get it.
There is nothing QVC can do if your PO is slow.
If you ask for a credit and it shows up, you will have to contact QVC to recharge you or go through the hassle of returning it.
Just be patient...it is only makeup. I'm sure your PO is under staffed like everywhere else.

Every time I get this email the item shows up the next day. So I'm happy to see it.
