Sent Community Team 2 emails for assistance..

and have not heard back. I sent these yesterday.  I’m wondering if I have the wrong email address, as this happened a few months ago, but I didn’t pursue. The address I’m using is QVCCommunity@QVC.com.

I have not seen the email address you wrote above.

 

I have used:

 

social.team@qvc.com

 

and always received a prompt reply.
