Select Customer Requirements??

How in the world does one get to be a select customer and get emails/cards/whatever on special promo codes?  I've bought stuff from QVC for probably twenty years and never got that select customer status!  Really?  Do you have to know someone in management to get these codes occassionally?  It's frustrating considering how high everything is getting here and really is causing me to question any more purchases.  Any ideas about this?

I wonder also. If QVC is trying to alienate a large group of their customers by some sort of game of "playing favorites," congratulations are in order.

On the LEFT side of this screen...scroll down to "MY SETTINGS" and ACCEPT email notifications from the Q.     (this "might" help)

I agree - I never receive them and I've been shopping at QVC since the very beginning.  And I have spent a ton and still do.  Maybe that's why.  The less you spend the more deals you get.

And so often - too often - the codes posted for everyone don't work for me.

I've been a QVC shopper since the early 90s. I am rarely a select customer. I wouldn't confuse the word select with words like loyal or frequent. I buy a lot, too much. I am always in a state of I have emails saying QVC is in receipt of my order, or my QVC order shipped, or my QVC order will arrive soon. There's rarely a gap of no activity. My guess is that I am not a select customer because QVC doesn't need to entice or tease me with coupon codes. They don't need to beg for my business.

I get coupons time to time both in email and snail mail.  I don't do a lot of buying.  I am retired and I just don't need or want more "Stuff"  I think the reason I get them is because I do very little buying. Sometimes I use them and sometimes I don't.  I cannot remember the last time I bought something that I either didn't have a discount code for or wasn't on free shipping.  I just recently got a coupon in snail mail.  I used it yesterday.  It was a Just because purchase. Had I not gotten the coupon, I wouldn't have placed the order.

I have only started receiving coupons in the mail in the past year or so. Nothing before then and I do my share of purchasing.

I receive QVC/HSN coupons in the mail and email occasionally. 

 

But I am far, far from a "Best Customer":

 

Defined in 2024 as making an average of 76 purchases with a total spend of about $4,000.

You sound like a very good customer  @They CallMe MRWILKES I havn't made that many purchases LOL
