Search function not working

If I put jean jacket in search box, it comes up with nothing.  If I put jacket in search box, it shows nothing.  No records found.  Something wrong here.

I was searcching for Kim Gravel tops and went I entered that into the search I got everyone's tops.  Sounds like an IT issue.
