Got wrong item

Ordered item A476047 Attitudes by Renee reg. Comp jersey top and received a denim jacket from belle Kim Gravel.

 

How do I proceed to send back without getting charged?

send an email to

 

qvceasyreturns@qvc.com

 

give them ALL order info, tell them what happened and what you want to do

(full credit or have them send the right item if still available)

 

go to USPS.com and schedule a FREE home pickup

 

fill out return form, put the return label on.....put it in the mailbox.

 

Watch to make sure they give you a full credit if that is what you are requesting.

 

Want the correct item sent?  They should reorder it for you at no charge.

I forgot to mention....sometimes it takes a day or two for a response from the returns dept.

 

Sorry, just didn't you to think there would be an instant answer.
