@NancyM29, my advice is to wait a few days.

Emotions may be calmer and corresponding more clear. I also suspect that any charges for items not sent are probably credit card pre-authorization charges. Those should disappear in a few days determined by the financial institution.

If not, then do contact the social team at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com. Do not use Siri. Write a straightforward account, using paragraphs. They always seem quick and courteous responding though they may not be able to look into financial matters.

@NancyM29 You need to use LARGE type and use PARAGRAPHS. I only read a few words because the way you post is impossible to read.

I read it all (a bit painful--no spacing, small font, grammatical errors, poor spelling), and I have the same opinion--this person is just ranting. QVC does NOT scam people.

First, it is your own fault if you wait until the last minute to order holiday gifts. QVC does NOT ruin people's Christmas--you do by your poor planning. Everyone knows how busy the delivery services are around the holidays.

(All my presents are wrapped by Thanksgiving.)

I have been shopping at QVC for decades, and Easy Pay has always existed.  I have purchased more jewelry from QVC than I can remember--all gold, some very expensive, all on Easy Pay, without hardly any problems.

I track my processing, shipping, and delivery dates all the time. I keep track of my expenditures on my credit card statements. Whenever I contact the Social Team and Customer Service, I always have excellent results.

I am sorry your child was ill, but it appears that you just became overwhelmed by stress, and are now trying to "take it out" on QVC.

Sometimes it is better to just take a deep breath and become calm and collected before you communicate.  Your hectic writing style seems to reflect your state of mind, unfortunately.

Eventually all these financial issues will be resolved.  QVC does not cheat people, but they are very busy during the holiday rush.

Sometimes life can be challenging, but it is important to try to be positive and have hope, especially because you are a role model to your children.  Best wishes.

@NancyM29  You didn't take the advice to use paragraphs therefore your post was difficult to read and to make any sense of.  Seems you are writing your posts in a way to purposly confuse everyone.

I am not a grammar guru but you could make your problem clearer to others if your post was not in double talk.  I got tired of trying to read and make sense of your post, so no advice about your problem from me.

Hope your daughter has recovered from the reason for the ER visit.  Worrysome to have a child ill.

On a sadder note: many people are not knowledgeable about social media and do NOT know how to post. Also some have been so shamed in school they have no knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

@NancyM29   Please read the comments on your posts. You need to scale down your copy and use spellcheck and paragraphs to make yourself understood. Communication should be clear and concise if you want to make a point.
