This is in response to kachina624  remark. First of all I am not looking to argue with anyone.  I just want to say a few things. Many people have received dirty used clothing that were ordered as new. This has happed to me as well. I recently recieved a bra that was absolutely filthy and full of cat hair . I ordered a new bra, not as is .

If you read some product reviews I think you would find that there are many other people that have had the same issues.

I have been with QVC since before it was  called QVC and this has only been happening in the last couple of years.

I do not mean to offend anyone, or to sound rude, everyone has the right to expect to receive what they ordered and paid for. Maybe shopping in a department store you get items someone has tried on or a return but I have never seen anything like this in a store.

We also have the right to shop where we want.

Well said @moma c

I've been a QVC shopper for years and order alot (at least 30 orders a month). This practice of sending out used items is happening often, especially over the last couple of years. I don't mind a receiving a return but I do mind receiving a worn, torn or smelly item. The Susan Graver blazer I just received today wasn't checked before they turned around and sent it out to me. The hem was removed from the sleeves so each sleeve had raw edges and the blazer smelled like perfume. This blazer never should have been sent out. Heck, it shouldn't even be sold at their outlet store. I love QVC but I don't like the lack of caring in their warehouse.

I don't mind receiving a return in new condition but clearly the blazer wasn't checked before sending out to another customer. For those who say they've never received a used item, you're lucky. Please don't imply that it doesn't happen because it does, and it's happening more and more with QVC's warehouse.

But this is when you need to contact the Social Team before sending the item back - if it's in that much of a sorry state they might not even want it back; just like when you call about getting a bad food item (you don't have to send that back).

@debfau I do a lot of shopping on the Q. Just by reading comments in the Facebook group, some abuse the return policy. I don't want any type of notation on my account so I send back anything that can be shipped.  If it's broken glass or leaking product, I don't send it back. The Social Team is wonderful and they've never questioned or doubted me.

Re: STOP SENDING ME USED/RETURNS

@Ms Tink - So, I see that Kim (Moderator, CS) replied to you and sent you an email about the issues with the defective lap desk you ordered (but were out of time to return).

I haven't seen any update from you, but did Kim resolve the issue to your satisfaction?  It would be nice to acknowledge it, if she did.
