Some of my orders say "processing" right up until the day before it's delivered. I don't pay much attention to that anymore. But if I need something by a certain date, I always order well ahead of time.

I have 3 orders dated April 27th and still processing. One of the same items I ordered in another size and they came immediately. Crazy. I called customer service as I was trying to get these clothes before knee surgery. They are NO help at all. Told them I wanted to cancel the order and they wouldn’t do it. I was then even more frustrated. Did not help as orders are still in process 11 days. Ridiculous!! Intend to not open them and just put return to sender and they better not charge me for it! Sad to say I now have a very negative feeling toward this company. If customer service had only acted more compassionate and offered some kind of help would have made a big difference as to how I now view this company.

I received an answer from one of the Moderators explaining QVC is undergoing changes to their systems which will make our shopping experience much better. It's too bad we weren't given that explanation when placing orders, but at least there is a legitimate reason for the "In Process" delays. Mine were shipped early this morning. I have also noticed problems with outdated videos of programs I've missed. Hopefully, QVC is turning over a "new leaf" and we will all be happy with the new changes.
