I ordered the Sak Bolinas leather satchel and want to return it.

 

The paper work that came with the handbag said to NOT use the

 

QVC return label to return this item.  I have been trying to do

 

what the Sak website page said to do to return this item and

 

have emailed them directly because the return slip rejects

 

the information I put in from the slip that was in the box from

 

Sak with their order numbers. 

 

I am annoyed with QVC for not mentioning the return policy

 

regarding this handbag.

 

Could the social team help me with this issue.  Is it a QVC or

 

Sak problem I am dealing with?

@chiclets Email the support team directly at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.  They worked wonders for me when I had an issue.

I have NEVER heard of returning/dealing directly to the vendor/mfg.

 

If it is eligible for returns, you would deal with QVC and no one else.

 

The mods can def help you.

Sincerely I thank the QVC Social Team for resolving the issue.

 

I never encountered a time when I had to return something directly to the vendor but the inside packing slip directly from Sak said do not use the QVC label for the return.

 

I purchased the item for a gift and I did not like it. 

 

And I do thank each of you for posting the answer to help.

horrible IT and customer service for a multi multi billion dollar business to treat customers this way and not resolve a problem after days! I will contact BBB and more customers should do the same
