Curious to know if others have experienced this with returns.  When I order more than 1 of the same item (maybe 2 different colors) and they both have the same order number, and I return them both in the same package (they were sent to me in the same package), they will process only 1 of the items and issue the credit.  Then a week or 2 later they issue the credit for the 2nd item. Wonder why both credits are not issued at the same time?

I have learned to make a separate order for each item ordered...even if same color etc...Easier to return and to track

I usually do that too but these were Susan Graver tops where if you ordered more than 1 you got $3 off the 2nd so I think to get that deal it had to be on the same order.  They have finally issued my 2nd credit but it seems odd there's such a time lag

Perhaps they issue the first refund on a "good faith" but it takes several days for someone to actually open t return to verify there are both items in the package @Tomboy ?

I don't believe anybody here has the true answer but that would be my assumption.
