This is the first time I have returned anything in a very long time. I used their UPS shipping label and brought it to the UPS store in New Rochelle NY. The package finally arrived in Florence SC yesterday. This is crazy. I am wondering if a normal UPS package would take that long. Thank you to all who answer.

@I am still oxox Maybe I am missing something? I re-read your post but I don't see anywhere when you took it to the UPS location.

I rarely return anything but I usually use USPS when I do, it's more convenient for me. It usually takes a few days to arrive at the destination. If the return is done correctly, as directed on "Make A Return" it's pretty quick and easy.

@I am still oxox   When did you take it to the UPS store - you don't say how long it actually took.  I have always found UPS returns to get there much faster that the post office.  UPS is always a few days - even the next day.  USPS can be a week or more.

I still use the EZReturns method and email them - you get the refund faster that way.

All the labels I've seen, sent two off yesterday, can be used at either USPS or UPS.  I went to the USPS website, filled out a short form and my carrier picked them up yesterday.  I didn't have to leave the house.
