Why is it that 3 items that I ordered came together in one bag, without a return slip. Yet, when I go online to print out return for two of them, I have to send them separately?

You do not have to send them separately

You don't have to send them separately.  I just did this Friday. I printed one label and put two items in one bag.

Here is what my friend does with another retailer.

She prints all the labels.  She puts one on the box. She cuts the order barcodes (not the UPS/USPS one) off the other labels and tapes them right below the order barcode on the first label. That other retailer never charges her for multiple labels.

Caution. I have no idea if it'll work with Q since they aren't the all that reliable when sending multiple items back together.

@Starpolisher

     You are taking a big chance with QVC  in sending two items back in one  bag. Their returns / exchange dept are not reliable as  my experience  has been in the past . Many times I send something for exchange and they do a return instead even when it appears stock # are not an issue . They often  charge return shipping fees erronously on  defective/broken items and even if you receive a wrong item by mistake . Also if they send you a box containing several items , if a packing slip is included they will likely  charge you $8.95 or more  if you return only one item if you use a return slip .  I've returned 2 items in one package with  slips included for each and they only gave credit for one item . Requires constantly contacting QVC to straighten things out on exchanges & returns.

Look at it this way, each item  will have a separate tracking # on the return/exchangeto fall back on  .

Returns have gotten really 'iffy' lately, I suspect the last set of layoffs had a lot to do with it.

Even ordering more than one different product in the same order.  I ordered two different items from the same vendor, returned one, and got refunded for the cheaper item in that same order.

That's just another reason I've curtailed my shopping here.

They really have a lot of problems they need to fix if they intend to stay competitive in business.

You do if they are items that go to different warehouses.  Clothing and jewelry return to different locations.

The OP did not specify!!!
