Hi, the live chat is not getting a response. I have 2 returns from over 3 weeks ago. How can I find out when they will go through?

Has customer service answeredwhen calling them? I need to do the same thing.
The holiday return deadline was a few days ago they're probably swamped.

I would call customer service. Do you have info that they have received your item at their facility?
I returned an item and it had not shown up in my account after 2 weeks had passed. I called CS and from my return label they could see that they had received it 2 weeks prior. I was immediately given my refund.

@seehorse @Well, I have learned a hard lesson. My $120.00 bracelet is lost, so no refund. I always use their return label and put it in my mailbox so I don't have to drive 30 minutes to post office. They say without receipt no refund. Darn it. Guess I have to go to post office everytime. Never had this happen, but first time for everything I guess😥

@Rose429 You may need to just give it more time. They probably are still dealing with a lot of Christmas returns and that's why they are taking longer. I've noticed it with the few I returned but they always get refunded.

@Rose429. That's a shame about your bracelet. In the future, go to the USPS website, request a pick up, they'll pick up your parcel and immediately email you a receipt. You can still leave it in your mailbox (or by your door) but now there's a paper trail.

By any chance do you have a copy of the label?
Maybe there's some info on packing slip?
So sorry this has been such a hassle.

@seehorse @I found my packing slip and did a live chat and they found it. I am so grateful to everyone that offered ideas. I will do returns differently from now on. Thx Linda
