I purchased a jacket which was too large and I used the return label and sent it back for a smaller size. I brought it to the Post Office and when I insert the tracking number it says it is still on its way but I was not told where it is exactly. How many days does it take to be returned so I can know when the smaller size is on its way? Can I speak with someone at QVC who will help me? I sent it back on the 15th of September and to day is the 25th? Thanks for any advise!

It takes 2 weeks for the item to reach its' return destination and an additional week to process a return. I just returned 4 items (QVC sent the incorrect item or size for 3 of the items). I track it everyday through QVC and Newgistics. The one item that was shipped the earliest took 3 weeks to be refunded. So, you would have to add additional time for an item to be exchanged, shipped and received.

In my experience doing an exchange, it takes at least 3 weeks for the whole process to be completed.

It's been my experience, if you really, really want something, return the original and just buy the correct size, eating the shipping costs. So often the exchange process just doesn't work.

Same problem mine has been sitting since day of return Sept 20 I sent tracking to QVC. Ow I have another issue on items supposedly I received but not from post office someone has sticky fingers
