I will never shop here again!  A $34 item that didn't fit costs $12.95 to ship back.  So I'm paying because it didn't fit.  That's pathetic!  Never ever shop on here again.  Get your act together QVC.

The only place I shop with some free returns is Amazon and I pay an annual fee for Prime there.  Do you know of someplace else?

Just off the top of my hear, Nordstrom, Dillards, Macys, Eddie Bauer, Talbots and you can return Kohl's online purchases for free in store.

You're paying to return an item you ordered that didn't fit.  If you need another size or color they will exchange it for free; otherwise, you can ship it yourself if you just want to return it.  It may be cheaper.  You should familiarize yourself with the rules.

what in the world did you buy,that cost you 12.95 to ship back?I learned the hard way.always look at size chart,then if its still to small or to large,explain to customer service that you you went by size chart.they might give you a break on return fee

She probably means she bought something like shoes for $34, paid $5.50 shipping and they didn't fit even though it should have, then had to pay $6.95 to send back. Thus she lost more than $12. It has happeneded to me---ordering the same size shoe I always buy, but they didn't fit. I got tired of losing $12, so now I only order shoes from places with free returns like amazon, zappos, nordstrom etc.
