Mods can you help me? I returned a clothing item for exchange of size several weeks ago. I followed tracking and it was received at returns center 11 days ago. Today I checked order status and it says returned and I was charged for the return label and original shipping! The item is still available in the size and color I requested but they did not exchange, they returned! I tried calling customer service, was on hold for about 10 minutes, then was cut off.
