Returns are very slow to process

I returned two orders ( 1 through UPS + 1 through USPS) and they have seemed to fallen off the face of the earth once they get back to QVC.
I keep checking my online acct and no info about refund or even if it's in the processing stage. I've stayed away from QVC and unfortunately got the itch to shop and now I'm kicking myself that I did. I think I've been scammed.

I don't think you've been "scammed". They just take too long. Whether it's too few people to process the returns - IDK.

It's not lost on me that the longer the $$ remains in their accounts, the more money they make; even if it's eventually returned to a customer in the long run.

Send an email to QVCsocial team@qvc.com

Tell them and they will research it and refund you.

I am finding the opposite. I had to return a few items because of a possible alllergic reaction. Everything was done quickly.

I found that when I returned an item I email QVCeasyreturns@qvc.com and cc: QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. I give them order#, tracking number, item, pricing and how I want my refund returned. I do the same if I want an exchange. I usually get it back in 7-10 days. I am always proactive when it comes to getting refunds.

Once USPS has possession of your item (you can check online under your orders), call customer service, give them the order #, let them know USPS has the item and ask if they can process your return. Return was processed immediately and money was back in the bank within 5 days. It's your money, why would you wait?

Im waiting for refunds on 1 of minde and a cnahge in size for another. I wish theyd hurry up, so i can get the smaller size one. I dont know what the heck takes so long. Its over 2 weeks.

I've tracked my packages that were returned....they all have arrived at the QVC destination....on JULY 7th and there is no indication any refund has been processed. That's a scam to have this item still on my account and go through another billing cycle. I have to pay my cc to avoid a late fee. So I'm paying on an item I don't want because they are sitting on my return.

Dragging out a refund that should be processed in a fairly prompt fashion screams scam. They are sitting on my returns that have arrived back to them. I just had to pay the cc mini.umbe cause these item just went through another billing cycle.
