Cannot reach Customer Service. The phone number gives me either a busy signal or an out of order signal. I’m calling the correct number.
I can’t get through because of this. What is wrong with the system. Will they ever fix it? This has been happening for quite some time now.

Started around 4 am

My cell is out and our work landlines are not working.

Mostly AT&T but it is affecting carriers nationwide right now.

It is NOT QVCs issue....

Just be patient and try later.

@MissNiss  That's weird. I called CS on Tuesday, got through and left my number for a call back that happened in less than 2 minutes.

Is it possible this could be related to the cell service problem today? Have no reason to think that other than sometimes weird stuff is connected.

That may be because of all the cellular phone outages in parts of the country today.. Keep trying.

How long have these outages been going on? Because this happens often to me and not just yesterday or today. I called on Monday and someone answered that I talked with.

There's a widespread telephone outtage in the US.  Its not just qvc.

In case anyone hasn't seen it, there's a banner at the top of qvc.com that states:
"We’re unable to take orders on our usual call-center line. Please call 800-477-4700 or order online."
