Re: Returns Via the US Post Office--Don't Use!

Good morning! I am so sorry you are experiencing issues with your USPS returns. We'd be happy to help!

Using a Q Return label will ensure that we are able to track that a return was made by the customer. As long as the label is showing the package as dropped off or scanned, we will consider it as a proof of return, and we can process the return on our end if you reach out to us or our Customer Service team.

Please let us know if you need any additional assistance, and we wish you a lovely day!

As long as you have a receipt from the P.O, call Customer Service and give them the tracking number rather than waiting for the item to be picked up.

Does no one use the Easy Returns method?  I always send an email  to QVCEasyReturns@QVC.com - I get a response and a credit in a few days.  I don't care how long it takes for my return to actually get there.  I do agree that UPS is faster than USPS.

The other day I got an order I placed on 5/24.  It was an "AS" and since I purchased things before I didn't worry about what was sent.  I got the box that was crushed and torn and barely put together.  The items were for the kitchen and I have never received an "AS" that looked so bad.  The return label from the previous buyer was still on the box and I assume it was sent back maybe for the color.  I checked it out and didn't see any defects.  I will put it through the DW before using it and maybe twice.  The items were in the box but not in the packinging which came with it.  Things have changed and while I will probably order like this again it did seem to bother me.  Anyone could of taken my receipt for it but it looked like it was just stuck behind the shipping label.  The box came from CT to the west coast.  Never had a box damaged so much.  I would return but it's sold out and probably won't come back.  I wil be cautious in the future to order the "AS".

My local USPS had refused to take my return and UPS won't take it either because is has a USPS tracking on the label.

@Dhm I am very sorry you haven't been able to return your order and know how frustrating this must be. We'd be happy to assist you as best we can on our end. If you are using a USPS Q Return label, you can also return the package by leaving it in your mailbox with the flag up. The post office worker will be able to pick up your return in this way. Please let us know if this works for you.

I had a very strange experience today at USPS with a return label. The clerk tried to scan the number several times but it wouldn't go through. He finally had to type in the number.

When I typed in the USPS tracking number it looked like it was a number from January 2024 for Florida.I live in Kentucky. It made no sense. I did get a receipt to prove I dropped it off but this incident gave me pause. Are these return labels for USPS defective? Just a thought.
