Returns Time Lag Frustration

I'm not ordering anything else unless I really want it and know it will fit (fingers crossed on that part) because it takes forever to get a return credited to the account that I used.  It takes a much shorter time usually to get it from my location into the system, yet once it's arrived at the return place it takes up to two or three weeks sometimes for any credit to be seen on my account.  And lately that has been so frustrating! (I really wish the brick and mortar stores in my area carried more inventory but since Covid that's gone downhill as well. And for the information I live in a big city--Nashville--not out in some small town.)

Maybe because I use the Q credit card the process is pretty quick.

 

I use the Easy Returns procedure too where you email QVC Easy Returns advising of your return.  In a few days I get an email response saying they processed the credit.

The credit to the Q card is on the next statement.

Once you see Q has rec'd your return, just call CS.

 

They will give you the credit immediately.

I have called them once my return was received and it still took weeks to get my refund.  I am very unhappy with them.  Of course they blame my credit card company.  BLECH!

I've had to live chat a few times about my returns-- usually about 2-3 weeks from when I returned them. and each l the time, have had my return done then, with the live chat person. Once had to file a claim as USPS lost my return--fortunately it was all documented . Had to get a refund on an Ebay item just this week--but got my $$ back. Hit or miss these days.

The refund credit time is a hit and miss.  One CS tells you one thing, the other something else.  The CC company both HSN and QVC use says five days.  Now they are saying 10 days.

Refunds use to be quick, but sounds like the Q is all messed up lately.

Im will not be ordering much if at all anymore.

Yes, but the credit card doesn't.  They say QVC hasn't released it and its been six days.  It's on the shipping 6.95.  Because I couldn't cancel the item from Onterio, CA it was taking so long, they credit me shipping for returning it.  Still not showing up at credit company.

I am completely frustrated too!   I received 2 dresses in the same package on the same packing slip and due to the sizing being too big I had to return both and used the QVC label. Returned on July 14th and I only just received my credit for the one dress and not both.  I called customer service to explain and gave her my tracking number but because I received a credit for the one dress she could not find the return tracking information and could not help me. She said to wait afew more days to see if I get my refund for the second dress. It is  now August 10th and still no refund...  Will be calling again........ Am Very Frustrated with returns...
