On 12/4, I returned two packages using the QVC return label and I got a receipt from the Post Office. Only one return was acknowledged by an automated email. I allowed about a week? for the other item to show up. No scan of that item.
I did contact CS by phone. They didn't tell me what to do if the package was never received. Yesterday, I received the email confirming the receipt of the first item.
How do I handle the missing item? Thanks for your time and assistance.

If you used the QVC return label then after a certain time period goes by you will be refunded. You have proof you mailed the item. QVC insures their return labels so you are covered.

I have always found that the Customer Service always listens and will act in my behalf in such situations. Post Office service lately has not been good. A piece of mail was sent to me that usually takes 3 days, I received it in 17 days.
