I returned 2 items on the same day, one to HSN and the other to QVC.

HSN has already processed and credited my account.

QVC has yet to acknowledge the return (which was delvered back to you on 5-6).

I dont know why there is such a lack in processing returns?

I guess you didn't use the easy returns email address?

Every return I make, I send an email with the order number, item number and reason for the return to QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com

I get credited back fairly quickly, a couple of days.  Then when they get the item, they send another email acknowledgement.  It can take a long time for the email acknowledgement, but I don't mind.  My account was credited already.

I just used the Easy Returns and in a matter of about 2 days I received an email that my acct. was credited.  Thank You QVC.

@Rooney Did you use the Easy To Return program? If not, consider user error for cause of delay. For the fastest return you must use the Easy To Return process. Super easy and quick. If you didn't use it I highly recommend it.

@Rooney   I ret an item to USPS. (Got a receipt) on Apr 3rd.  When looking at the tracking history, the pkg did not move for 30 days.  Finally on May 6, the RETURN AGENT picked up the pkg.  I found that in many cases, the return agent that picks up the pkgs determines when they pick up pkgs.  luckily Qvc cust service credited my acct before the agent even picked up the pkg.  this has happened numerous times due to the return agent delays. Now I ship all returns via UPS ground.  I would have to pay return  shipping regardless but it takes the headache out of my day.  Within approx 5 days I recv a credit.  No worries.

I like easy returns as well, you are given a choice to return UPS Ground or USPS.  Regardless who you use, you are going to be charged a fee.  And qvc sends you an email once the carrier takes receipt.  Yet when shipping USPS, you still depend on the return agent to decide when they will pick up pkg from USPS.

I'm getting notices now of returns that I sent back 6 weeks ago! They are so ridiculously behind. I call Customer Service when it drags on. There's no reason for that length of time.

@Rooney   To answer your query, quantity may have something to do with it.  QVC has many times more returns than HSN because they sell a lot more.

If you go to the order status page, right on the top it states there is a delay in returns. You can email qvceasyreturns@qvc.com or contact customer service online.

I've noticed USPS tracking is not updated. I too had similar experience where my package was "picked by agent" and stay like that for 20 plus days. I called QVC and got immediate credit. They already received the return but USPS still shows "picked by agent." Next time, I will give it a week or so and call CS. I am lucky that I had never had any delays or problems with QVC.
