I don't think you can e-mail customer service anymore for help with orders. Your best bet is to email the social team and give the order number and problem you are experiencing. As you can see alot of people are having problems with their orders so it might take a little time for them to get back to you.

This happened to me as well. I used QVC's tracking number which showed it was at the facility but no return posted on account. I had to call them and tell them "hey, it's been sitting in your warehouse for 2 weeks and she immediatley issued the refund. The down side to this is I had to wait over 30 mins to get a rep. I just sent something back from JAI, and I'm monitering the tracking number. I've been ordering off of JTV moissanite, and they are amazing. I get my items right away, and the returns to them are quick. QVC needs to get their act together in this regard. I didn't reorder an item due to this issue.

Forget about emailing. I tried that, and a week later a got a reply that they are looking at emails during this "unprecedented time." It would have been nice to an automatic reply right away saying that. I had to call for my refund to be processed and expect to be on hold for a long, long time. They had already charged me 3 payments, and I sent it back right away using their label. Just call and make sure you track it first so you can tell them how long they have had it in their warehouse.

Did all of us receive help from QVC social team?  No!  They've said sorry, we know you're frustrated.

Had returns since mid June.  Acknowledged (finally) that they received.  Won't refund.  Claim too late.  Seriously?  If I purchased under the 90 day extended return policy in effect until the end of May, which I did (made a bundle of purchases due to extension), returns are valid until 90 days of receipt.  If I received May 1, my items didn't have to be sent back by May 31, but 90 days from May 1.

This isn't rocket science.

Why are they behaving this way after repeated attempts at resolution?  In general, these actions can signal corporate chaos prior to folding...

I would suggest to go to QVC chat. It took 25 minutes, but I was informed in what position I was in queue. The chat operator was nice and very knowledgeable. I was even able to save the chat on a screen shot for any future reference. I highly recommend it.
