Hi, I ordered item #H433967 and I was sent the wrong cord to run the item. I thought no problem I can just use the battery option but the fan inside the globe doesn't work. I tried to print a return label and they want me to pay $8.95 to return the item. Am I missing something?

@MG Chris  Hello!  Just print the return label, and mark the reason for return as "defective" and you sholud be then refunded for full shipping charges.  I also call

Customer Service to tell them I am returning the item as it's defective, that way they can add a note to your account.

Hope that helps!

@MG Chris - If you look at the reviews, it seems you're not the only one who got sent the wrong cord.  You definitely need to return it as defective and make sure you're not charged for the return shipping and that you get a full refund, including the original shipping.
