I’m still waiting on my order placed on June 20.
Stop making excuses QVC! Your are a huge company. I can get an order from Zappos in two days, Home Depot in four days, Target in five. There is no reason customers should wait weeks on an order. Return our shipping costs.

I am currently having a problem with the central processing post office, located an hour from where I live. I have a package from QVC that has been there since June 26th. I furnished the tracking number to our local post office this morning; our local post office clerk will try to help locate the package. In this case, QVC does not seem to be at fault, it is a post office issue.

I have the same issue.  I can't get through  to the post office. I may take a visit there.

@Jeanne from VAThat's exactly what happened to me 2 weeks ago.  My QVC box arrived in town 72 hours after the order went in.  Then my postal carrier who never writes down what he should sent it off to be forwarded to my Florida address.   Sad to say, he'd been delivering mail to me here for several weeks already!

 

After 2 discussions with the local postmaster, I was lucky enough that the box was sitting patiently, waiting to go on its wrong journey.  Not a thing QVC can do about that kind of employee failure.

 

Even if it had been sent UPS, I still wouldn't have had it sooner.  I'm the very last stop on my UPS route -  some days they deliver after 8 PM, but some days they just waiy another day or two!  Again, nothing QVC controls.

@RJKYou're right that some purchasers are having shipping issues, but you lose me when you think they are big like Amazon, Target, and Home Depot. Not at all if you look at what the 4 companies are worth.   Kind of like comparing the winning Little Team to the winners of the World Series

I agree with other posters that it's the PO a lot of the time, but I've had two pairs of Clark's shoes ordered on 6/20.  One shipped but it's been in Ontario CA since july 5.  the other pair is still processing.  I can't cancel (no option) but I can still make the EZ pays, but I have no shoes.

Many of us are totally frustrated .... you are not alone!!!

 

I have been waiting since 6/21 for SG tops.  Worse thing I usually have paid next ez pay on something before even received🙄🤷‍♀️.

 

I placed order with JCP for shorts for spouse on 6/30 received 7/7, curtains from BB&B on 6/29 received 7/2 by Fed Ex and those are companies closing tons of stores!!

 

Best suggestion...unless you need it within reasonable amount of time -- don't order from QVC!!!

@rms1954    If your shoes are in Ontario, they probably never left the warehouse since that is the West Coast warehouse.  I'd get the mods to check on it.

 

I've had package after package be turned over to the USPS by UPS only the PO never received them.  There's a mighty big problem somewhere.  If it's theft, some people are getting rich.  Where does this stuff go?

I wouldn't even know there's a delivery problem if I didn't  read these boards.

 

  I have to assume that's true for thousands and thousands of other shoppers, too, because even with not watching much at all, I can't think of a single program I watched for more then 10 minutes when there hasn't been a total sellout or a sellout of lots of sizes and/or colors.

I have a Women With Control outfit and a Diamonique watch that havent moved in 6 and 7 days. Very frustrating. After finally shipping now both items are just sitting. No movement. I received some earrings, a bracelet and a pair of shoes in a reasonable amount of time so I thought things were improving. I was wrong.
