I'm confused about the return label sent with my order. Top portion has USPS PARCEL RETURN SVC printed and lower portion has UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS. Does this mean you can go to either USPS or UPS with this label?

I think I have one of those.  It looks like it goes through the post office.  The tracking number and bar code is postal.  There is no tracking number or bar code for UPS.

When we receive packages via Mail Innovations it comes via UPS then is delivered to the local post office who delivers to recipient. When returning it goes in reverse--UPS Mail Innovations picks up at the post office and from there it goes through UPS back to QVC.

It can only be mailed from the post office.

USPS is the post office. I always take my returns there due to the label provided. You can even just drop it in your own mailbox to be picked up. Very convenient.

I hope this means they are now including return labels with purchases? So many people complained at how difficult it was to return items, especially those who did not have a printer.

@cig

I took a pkg to UPS thinking you could use either because UPS is always faster...however, the UPS store told me they would charge an additional fee I would pay right then for Their handing it over to Innovations (not including the $6.95 label fee deducted)

I left and did an online USPS (post office) free pickup at my home.

You do NOT need to go to the PO.

Schedule online, get a conf email.  when they pick it up, another conf email.
