When making a return using the Smartlabel returns, do you use the whole label?

If you are using the return label enclosed with your order, the large part you return isn't attached to the "Return Your Way" label.  Yes, you use the entire large label:

If you're using a return label you printed out yourself, cut off the bottom part that is the small "Return Your Way" section.

Thanks for asking that question! I wasn’t sure either . I thought one section was for UPS returns .

Lately I have had a hard time to. IT used to be very clear This one YOU PAY And SEND ,this one Is QVC return,exchange. --------------- separating the two. It only makes it harder in the end for piir customer service. Bless their hearts.
