I just returned an item to the post office and I came home ane saw my packing slip on the table.

 

Is there anything I can do?

I shipped two items back on January 11 and I paid the shipping using the other return label.  My tracking shows they were delivered on January 31 but still are not showing up as returned.  This seems like an awfully long time.

@SM1020. This is an ongoing issue with the Q. I returned an item in Jan 20 using the smart return label. Tracking said it was picked up by the agent that same day. As of Feb. 20 the Q had no information on it but CS refunded me because it is obviously lost or lying around somewhere. In contrast I returned an item to HSN last Friday 2-7. On a Tuesday 2-11, I had an email confirmation from HSN acknowledging the return and refund. Why can HSN handle returns and refunds where QVC can’t seem to get right.

Correction. Not Feb 20th. As of Feb 10th.
