I've been shopping on QVC for decades. I had no idea when I ordered a sale priced NYDJ pair of jeans that it was a "last clicks" price and not returnable. It was not listed as a last click item nor was it listed as final sale or is it on the shipping receipt. What an underhanded thing for QVC to pull. I am some kinda mad right now. I have been hoping that QVC will make it under their Chapter 11 reorganization but with this lousy practice I wonder. Everyone, perhaps we should call customer service before ordering anything from all the sales they are pushing right now???? I will look high and low for the same item before I order from QVC. Horrible, horrible disrespect for all of their customers. Y'all have a good holiday!

Usually there is a statement in red somewhere on the page that says "not eligible for returns or exchanges."
Maybe you bought it before it went to FInal Sale status, and therefore, it should still be returnable.
In any case, most of those fashion items are pretty low-priced, and not worth the bother of a return. You would lose shipping costs both ways.
Certainly easier just to donate and do a good deed for the day.

@Angelmanmom it's your responsibility to mke yourself aware of the rules.

I am aware of the return rules after decades of purchases. If it is non-returnable there is a statement on the item page, usually it is in red, clearly showing it's a final sale. There was NO such statement present when I ordered. It is not stated on the actual packing slip either. This is not an acceptable practice or situation. The item came to almost $60 so not an insignificant purchase.
I am wondering how many of the sale prices will come with the undisclosed non-return policy.

Try e-mailing the social team who are really great at making these problems right.

How do you know it's not returnable? Where did you see that? Or who said that? If you called for some reason, call and get someone else.
It is also not a "lousy practice " as it is a common policy with retailers. QVC actually has a fair return policy even though it has become tighter lately.

@Angelmanmom - It's been a long time since, but I do remember this happening in the past for some reason.
You don't say why you're not allowed to return the NYDJ jeans, but I agree with another poster that it's worth your time to email the Social Team and ask them to look into it. They've always been very helpful for many of us, in resolving issues.
If the item wasn't marked as "Final Sale" at the time you purchased it, you should be able to return it.
Again, the email address is:

I'm sorry that happened to you.
I'll bet there was something saying it wasn't returnable. Perhaps it was small and not highlighted. I'm sorry you missed it.
IMHO, customers are equally responsible for knowing options to return before buying.

Thanks for reading my post but your assumptions are absolutely incorrect. I am fully aware of the rules of purchasing/returning items. There was NO mention of any restrictions and no, I didn't miss it. Have a wonderful day!

I'm sorry that you had to get so aggravated by this. I actually just got off the phone from customer service about some returns and not only are they deducting the prepaid labels, they're also deducting an amount with each item returned, which can be astronomically expensive, even if it's in the same box. I think they're trying to make up for the Multi billion dollar loss. I've also been shopping with them for almost 40 years and it really upset me. I'm returning everything I purchased in the past two months and will shop locally.
