Can I return multiple orders in one box with the prepaid label. If so, will QVC take the shipping cost off every item or just one.

In my experience doing this, I found that they "read" the bar code off the label and you are credited with only that item.  It happened to me once.  Returned two items using the label from one and I only got credited with that item.  Had to call - finally resolved after a lot of explaining.

Hi @SandPiper - Good morning, thank you for posting your question here in our forums. QVC does not have a policy against customers returning more than one item in a box. These can be separate orders or multiple quantities in one order. However, each item returned in the same box may not be processed at the same time, resulting in a delay of up to 3 days.  You would only be charged for one label. However, the pre-paid return label included are based on the weight of the original order, if the package is too heavy for the label price the carrier (UPS, USPS) could reject the package.  Hope this helps, Kim.

I rarely use the printed return label for making returns to QVC.  I turn the bag inside out and use my own label,  take package to post office, and pay my own return.  It is less expensive.

When I make multiple returns, I put each item in it's original clear plastic bag and firmly affix the return invoice with each item.  Depending on the number of items being returned, I use an inside-out Q bag, or a small box to send mulitple items.

I have made a printed return label of my own and can print it out as needed.  I also attach a note saying the postage was already paid to each item.  In the past, I have had the cost of postage subtracted from the item even when I already paid!

You must keep an eye on your return since QVC can be sloppy about crediting returns!!!

@Libbylady. I return items exactly as you do.   I do ask that my refund be in the form of a store credit not to my original method of payment.  The store credit arrives much faster and is easier to track.  No waiting months for it to appear on my original card.  Also the 1 time I had a shortage on my refund all the records were at QVC.  They were able to trace my return and they took care of everything very quickly.

Thank you Geller Girl!  That is a very good suggestion for getting your refund!

By the way, i'm assuming you are a Gellear fan.  Can you tell me if it is still possible to get the Brow Marker with the single tip rather than that tri-tip style?  I have purchased most of mine on Ebay since I can't find them here anymore.  The taupe is hard to find!

When I return multiple items in one pre-paid package,  I clearly indicate how many items are included immediately next to the bar code that QVC scans.  That way QVC knows before opening how many items to expect in that bag/box.  I've had no problems with missed returns or being charged for more than just one pre-paid label per return.
