Return Package Lost

The postman picked up my return on Monday, December 5 (tracking number 725001561308225902700573943170). This package is still not in the system so I spoke with a person at my post office this morning and he verified there is nothing in the system. He suggested I contact QVC to discuss issue. This return is for the Denim & Co. blouse. Cost: $29.98.

I tried using the chat feature; however, the customer service rep just disappeared after saying to give her a moment to research.
